A Place for Professionals to Access Community Resources and Events

About

colorSharing resources and getting people the help they need has always been a passion of mine.  I have 20 years of experience in the social service field, working at various homeless, mental health and veteran agencies. I started to share community resources through a list-serve 7 years before this site. It was a great way to connect with other service professionals and to circulate information.

As the list grew and more and more people and agencies asked me to share their information along with the abundance of material I also had to share, it became a lot to distribute and overwhelmed recipients.  I knew there was a better way to share community events and client resources. So this website was born. It is specifically tailored to social service staff and other community professionals.  It includes fixed resources (such as various assistance agencies and client services) as well as non-static resources (such as new programs, hiring events, network meetings, trainings and more).
